It’s mad . Once you stop for a few weeks it gets easier and easier then the thought of it sickens you. If you can break that weekend cycle just once then you’re halfway there. (From my experience obviously everyone is different)

Just done it this weekend. Hated the whole night and could t wait to sneak off. Watched tv and TikTok all day Saturday and Sunday and lost the whole weekend

Its all about balance. Some people do it once a week for two months and then stop for 6 months and then go trough another phase when they feel like it. The problem starts when you make it a part of your routine. One needs to be able to root it out of your mind when the time to recuperate comes along

Don't get drunk like I was in the past which led to bad ideas and wasted days after 2 day benders.
Stayed sober at a wedding recently which was a ceasepool of C🙄ke gave me hope I can get back the person I was
