@naturefit_cole: This band is the key to getting stronger in the pull up. My mom can’t do any pull ups but when she uses the band she’s able to do 6-8 clean pull ups. Less injury risk, better form, and easy to progressively overload by taking bands off. Bring it to a local park or the gym, it’s easy to setup anywhere and use right away.
