Kacau sebati dan sedia untuk dihidang. 	 	 Preparation time: 10 minutes	 Cooking time: 20 minutes	 servings: 4 pax	 	 Recipe	 Ingredients:	 1 bunch tapioca leaves (washed, wiped and sliced)	 2 cups vegetarian anchovies	 1 pcs tamarind slice	 Salt and sugar as needed	 Mushroom seasoning powder	 	 Ground ingredients:	 2 onions	 6 cloves garlic	 8-9 dry chili (remove the seeds and soak in hot water for a while)	 1 inch vegan belacan	 *Grind using a 'food processor'. Do not grind too fine . Set aside.	 	 Cooking method:	 1	Fry the sliced tapioca leaves in hot oil until crispy. Lift and strain. Set aside. 2	Prepare another pan, add a little oil and fry the ground ingredients. 3	Add tamarind slice and stir until the oil breaks. 4	Add vegetarian anchovies and stir again. 5	Then add the tapioca leaves that have been fried, seasoning powder, salt and enough sugar. Stir well and ready to serve.
