One more suggestion on your input terminal blocks instead of using dual layer use triple layer. And the reason is you have your input on the top layer. Positive 24 on the middle layer and negative on the bottom layer. The reason some procks, which is require positive negative and signal. Now you have all of it right there on that 1 term. If you only have positive and input signal if you use one of those 3 wire blocks which is you're stuck, you have to find somewhere to go land that third wire.

yep, Ground wired first, then neutral, then L1,2 & 3. Next 0Vdc finally 24Vdc.
I do ha e a question though, do you tie 0Vdc to ground in your panels?

I’m not a huge fan of these new contactors. They’re just so flimsy feeing compared to the old bricks. I do like how it looks tho

Usually grounds neutrals and hots for 120vac then move on to 0v and 24v on the DC side…I pretty much start with feeds to devices then on to inputs and outputs….

Also here the colours are highly different, legally because we are 230V single phase the requirements are Red is line, neutral is black, I like to use orange for 24Vdc+ and purple for 0Vdc. Also I use blue for any instrument signals,

Between the color coding and Micro800 plc, my ADHD is kicking in hard right now. What fun new ways will you find to break CCW this time? Regardless of my snarky comment, nice build and fun content. Thanks!
