366. The black contrasts too much and you have other black accents in each room. Black for the vent will draw your eye to it instead of away

Among other things, the firm I work for specializes in commercial and high end air distribution products. For slots always go black. Any other color will expose imperfections and dirt. While fittes seems great for your everyday homeowner, a product like architectural grille AG series in white oak.(bookmatched to match your panels) Or the Titus FL series (with hidden flanges for a minimal opening in a highwall/ ceiling location) would have served this project much better and made the air outlets blend far better. Very surprised something more commercial was not used.

Color match the white oak as much as possible and then go with a bit lighter as the shadow from the vents will make it appear darker

i think 366 cause i feel like black will outline the vent and almost make it stick out idk i think 366 will almost disappear with the wood

Find a local artist that could paint the inside to blend with the wood outside. Then it would look more like it was carved out instead of sticking out somewhat.

you could try different colors by painting over masking tape and once you choose you just have to remove the tape and paint it for real 🤷🏼♀️
