Ughhh. It’s so hard figuring out what kind of events will be a success or not. At first this happens more often when trying to get established (and it still sometimes happens a year out). Keep pushing, you’ll find the sweet spot. Use every event as a learning experience and grow from there! 🍋💛

I hear ya. I had a bakery and would get asked to do events but like it takes so much money if you’re a small business. Always thinking of ways to offer delicious items with a higher profit margin. Good luck!! Maybe do like private parties where you charge a flat fee for specific numbers of people?
