You should do a blood cleanse body detox. I did 21 days and it did wonders for my cycle. I went from a 27 day to a 24 day cycle with it lasting 4 days, no heavy bleeding. The first 2 days are regular flow and it slows down for the last 2. This was 3 years ago. I noticed that it was late last month so it’s time for me to do another detox.

Yes it’s gets worse smh!! I have been drinking raspberry leaf tea a few day prior and it helps the pain and shortens it.

Girl check with your doctor. They actually do iron infusion via IV. I had to get it done it last about 45 minutes per session
