They make tools to remove and insert the disk . I had to get it because I just couldn’t get it in and out with with nails on.

For the disc you gotta have strong kegel muscles to give it a head start. I like it but you're right about the nails. I use a cup now and will never go back to pads.

So I been wearing period cups for years.. like since 2017. So boom, I was at work and I don’t sit on public toilets, so I needed to empty my cup, apparently the suction was suctioning x1000. I gave it a good pull and the dang cup came FLYING out… Day 2 contents went EVERYWHERE. Only got one little droplet spot on my shoe but that stall floor was a murder scene
