Hi Dave, will you consider Land Value Taxation as part of your platform? LVT reforms property taxes by assessing only the value of the land, and not the buildings on it. it's highly efficient and creates good incentives for land use. lower relative tax burdens on family homes and higher burdens on underbuilt/vacant urban lots.
