Accordingly, the Hamas movement welcomes any move that helps efforts to stop the aggression against our people, and affirms that it is ready immediately to sit at the negotiating table to discuss the release of all prisoners in exchange for a clear declaration to end the war, a full withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, and the formation of a committee to manage the Gaza Strip from independent Palestinians who will take over their work immediately, with a guarantee of the enemy's commitment in a clear and explicit manner to what will be agreed upon so that previous experiences of reaching agreements that are rejected or overturned do not repeat. The last of these was the agreement presented by the intermediaries to the movement based on an American proposal, which the movement approved in Cairo on 18/8/2025, and the occupation has not responded to it until now, but rather continued its massacres and ethnic cleansing.
