This dairy-free, gut-friendly recipe is proof you don’t have to give up your favorites to feel better. 🍲 What are some of your favorite Anti-Inflammatory diet friendly meals?!⬇️ 🍗🥔 Anti-Inflammatory Crock Pot Chicken & Gravy with Potatoes Ingredients (6 servings) • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs • 4–5 small russet potatoes, peeled + diced into chunks • 3 cups bone broth (chicken or turkey) • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk (instead of cream of chicken soup) • 5 garlic cloves, minced • 1 tsp onion powder (instead of onion chunks) • 1 tsp dried thyme • 1 tsp dried rosemary • 1 tsp turmeric (optional, for anti-inflammatory boost + golden color) • 2 Tbsp arrowroot starch or tapioca starch (for thickening) • 2 Tbsp coconut aminos • Salt + black pepper to taste • Fresh parsley for topping ⸻ Instructions 1. Layer in crock pot: Add chicken, potatoes, garlic, spices, and broth. 2. Cook low + slow: 6–7 hours on LOW or 3–4 hours on HIGH, until chicken is tender + potatoes are soft. 3.
