Warm Ribeye Steak Salad with Passion Fruit Sauce 🥗🥩 Ingredients: - 200g of ribeye steak (or sirloin) - 1 1/4 carrots - 1/4 zucchini (skin and a little pulp) - 2 stalks of celery - 1/4 celery root - 4-5 basil leaves - 1/2 red onion (or shallot) - 1/2 capsicum pepper - 3 cloves of garlic - 3 mushrooms - 7 passion fruit - Olive oil 5 tbsp + 2 tbsp - Salt and pepper - 1 tbsp chopped parsley Process: 1. Squeeze the juice from the passion fruit as in the video. Finely chop strawberries, zucchini, celery and root, red onion, pepper. Crushed and chopped garlic cloves, and mushrooms cut into two smaller pieces. 2. Rub the meat with salt and pepper on both sides, then in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, fry the meat for 2 minutes on each side, it must be medium cooked inside. Set aside. 3. In the other 5 tablespoons of olive oil, start to cook the vegetables, and after each vegetable let it cook for 30 seconds and mix. 4. Start with the garlic and red onion, cook for 30 seconds, then the carrots, another 30 seconds, celery and root, 30 seconds, pepper, zucchini and mushrooms, another 30 seconds. 5. Cut the meat into strips and season it with a little salt, put over the vegetables, put the basil leaves and pour the passion fruit juice, season with salt and pepper, mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. The vegetables must remain tender. Serve warm. Good appetite. TIPS: *If you want, you can add fresh walnuts or pecans or pumpkin seeds at the end 🇷🇴👇 Ingrediente: - 200g antricot de vită sau vrăbioară - 1 1/4 morcovi - 1/4 zuchinni (coaja și puțină pulpă) - 2 tije apio - 1/4 țelină rădăcină - 4-5 fire busuioc - 1/2 ceapă roșie (sau eșalot) - 1/2 ardei capia  - 3 căței de usturoi - 3 ciuperci  - 7 fructul pasiunii - Ulei de măsline 5 linguri + 2 linguri  - Sare și piper - 1 lingură pătrunjel tocat Proces:  1. Stoarceti sucul precum in video de la fructul pasiunii. Tocati fin morocvii, zucchini, telina apio si radacina, ceapa rosie, ardeiul. Cateii de usturoi zdrobitii si tocatii, iar ciupercile taiatile in doua apoi bucati mai mici. 2. Ungeti carnea cu sare si piper pe ambele parti, apoi in 2 linguri de ulei de masline, prajiti cate 2 minute pe fiecare parte carnea, trebuie să fie medium gătit în interior. Scoateti deoparte. 3. In celelalte 5 linguri de ulei de masline, incepeti sa caliti legumele, si dupa fiecare leguma lasati sa se gateasca 30 de secunde si amestecati.  4. Incepeti cu usturoiul si ceapa rosie, gatiti 30 de secunde, apoi morcovii, inca 30 de scunde, telina apio si radacina, 30 de secunde, ardeiul, zucchini si ciupercile, inca 30 de secunde. 5. Taiati fasii carnea si condimentati-o cu putina sare, puneti peste legume, puneti frunzele de busuioc si turnati sucul din fructul pasiunii, asezonați cu sare și piper, amestecați si gatiti 3-4 minute.
