I read somewhere that even if you buy admission or have a pass you still have to pay extra at every haunted house??? Is that true or fake? I hope that’s fake 😭

Cajun chicken bacon ranch alfredo 😮‍💨👨🏾‍🍳 FULL RECIPE ⬇️ Slice 4–6 bacon strips into uniform bite-size pieces. Slice 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs into uniform bite-size pieces and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with ranch seasoning, Kinder’s The Blend, onion powder, cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated, then cover and marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. While the chicken marinates, finely mince 4–5 garlic cloves and finely chop a handful of fresh parsley for garnish. Fill a large pot with water, add a generous amount of salt, and bring it to a rolling boil over high heat. Add 8 ounces of pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Just before draining, reserve ⅓ cup of the pasta water. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the bacon. Cook until it reaches your desired level of crispness, then transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Using the same skillet, add the seasoned chicken and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Transfer the chicken to a separate bowl and set aside. Carefully remove some of the excess bacon grease from the skillet, leaving enough to sauté the garlic. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring frequently, until fragrant. Pour in 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and add 4 ounces of cream cheese. Stir continuously until the cream cheese has completely melted and the sauce is smooth. Season the sauce with Kinder’s The Blend, cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Gradually whisk in 1 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese until fully incorporated, then stir in the reserved pasta water. Continue stirring until the sauce is smooth, creamy, and cohesive. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. If you want a stronger ranch flavor, add some ranch seasoning at this stage. Return the cooked pasta, bacon, and chicken to the skillet. Mix gently until everything is thoroughly coated in the sauce. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parmesan cheese and the chopped fresh parsley. I hope you enjoy this delicious and comforting meal.
