PM is acting as a dictator. They want to control the freedom of speech and filter the voices that can go against the government, which meta and other social media didn’t agree to. Tiktok however complied to their condition from last year’s ban and they didn’t ban it.

They banned social media, not because they don’t want to register, its because government wanted all the personal data and control in the country which was denied by those app. They want to do monopoly by banning all the medium of communication and promoting only own good things. They are taking nepalese people’s freedom of speech.

registration isnt the problem. gov demand the rule of these apps providing personal info and location to gov on demand. thats where they are on diagreement. its just a 10 $ cost to make 100 $, if registration was main issue. they are cutting and trying to control the content on internet that are against government
