@ashallaboutmoney: Replying to @twerkinglucifer this is one way you can plan to pay off this credit card in 10 months! As the balance on the card gets lower, your credit score should increase! #credit #score #tips #creditcard #card
If I could afford a $900 payment I wouldn’t need to max out a credit card

The average American doesn’t have 1k to spend a month in debt.

Or you can open a new card with 21 months of 0% interest, transfer your balance and pay what you owed.

Okay my card is due the 17th and statement the 20th and I pay it off in full every due date and have never carried a balance and 0% usage always reported why does my score hardly change. I’ve gone up about 5 points in my last 4 months? Or is that normal

From my experience, if you have 770+ credit score, open a new credit card with 0% (intro) APR for 18 months! Transfer it there. Mine was Wells Fargo 0% for 21 months, $10K balance. Paid off in 16 months!

What if you have multiple ones where the utilization is higher so doing the higher payments and shorter time frame is not feasible

I think... if we've maxed out an 8k card, we don't have the extra $896 required for this
