What if I have a picky athlete who won’t eat peanut butter, rice cakes, or granola for yogurt. Is there a bar?

We have to be at the football fields at 8:15 am for our oldest son’s game. Next game for our twins is 10:30 and finally our youngest flag game at 12. What should I pack for snacks for them to eat throughout the morning? The younger ones are loosing energy by the time they play.

I've watched a few videos and I haven't heard you talk much about eggs for protein. I would have thought for this breakfast ideas post a good option would be a quick breakfast sandwich: English muffin, egg, cheese, maybe even a turkey sausage patty. thoughts?
