therapy is a great thing in my experience. i went almost every 2 weeks for 6 months to make progress that i did. it definitely helped me learn different strategies to deal with things differently if you don’t like the way you do now.

Let it come up , release it. Whatever you feel channel the energy into your content and workouts etc. Transfer the negative energy or pain. Do things that make you feel better in a healthy way. Don’t sit in it but def don’t ignore it. Release it
