I have GAD as well but since going on Zep 2 months ago, I haven't had any additional anxiety issues. I have radically changed my diet and lifestyle and my resting HR is lower. I'm on 5mg, and have at least 100oz water, 120g protein, veggies. fruits, liquid IV daily, collagen, multi vitamin, vitamin D, magnesium glycinate, omega 3s, probiotic, digestive enzymes. I have only had side effects once- I had sautéed veggies in butter. I stay away from butter now, no fried or greasy food, minimal processed food. I've had no period issues (I'm 44). I try to walk daily and just started kettle ball exercises. I am down 24lbs since July 19th. SW: 242. hope this helps. Good luck!!!
