Hummus is ground up chickpeas (garbanzo beans) then season it how you like. The best places that I’ve tried it was authentic Mediterranean restaurants. If you have a Lebanese restaurant near you try it there, I swear you’ll love it!!!

Aldi has the best garlic hummus then you add sun dried tomatoes and eat them with pita chips. Trust me, so good

Hummus main/base ingredient is chickpeas aka garbanzo beans. My favorite is roasted red pepper flavored 🤗 my kid like to dip pretzels
