I love this because it's so true I live here in the tenderloin area and the racism is so strong here no black business no black restaurant no black stores Arabs Chinese and other nationalities on businesses and stores and actually don't like black people's money I live here I see what he's saying first hand 👍👍👍

I think its cuz the majority of the people there arent from there, worked in a cafe for a month there more the majority of the people that came in are transplants/live another town visiting there

As a black person who moved to SF almost a decade ago, I can agree to this. This city isn’t very black friendly but will portray themselves as super progressive. Not overtly racist or anything, but by far the most micro-aggressions i’ve experienced in America have been here

Everyone in the comments mentioning LA but LA doesn’t try to act like it’s comprised of sophistication cultured intellectuals like SF. LA owns that it’s the entertainment capital and has been for more than half a century. SF used to be what it thinks it still is now.
