Coming from a restaurant server, bartender, etc. etc. this is very nostalgic especially people don’t even understand prep work is the hardest because there’s so much that goes into it. I applaud you on your last day giving a little insight for people so they can see the quality of their food, and also the patient it takes when people are making your food and leaving tip for servers too who are trying to give you the best guest experience.
