I received a notification in my Amazon app that an item was recalled. I didn't have to do anything, and a refund was issued automatically.

I got one but didn’t click the link. I went online & researched it and sure enough, the item was recalled, but I didn’t buy it from Amazon so that was a red flag.

I had one legit recall item from Amazon. I got an email AND an in-app notice. The email looked like this 👇 and included my specific order number. There was a matching notice at the top of the screen in the app too. Always check the app if unsure.
