The best solution i have already gave my idea is every person should work and live based on his visa issuance. let's say if your visa of shj you should work and live in shj and same thing in dubai and other emirates. This way traffic will reduce big time because there's no point of making bridges or other way. cars are keeping increasing everyday.

The only solution to this will be metro or train and expand Dubai networks of public transportation so the majority of people can go to work without using their car
