some one said "dont make becoming a priest a plan b" but id have to challenge that because A) its not our plan its Gods and B) many priest (and nuns) want to be married with families before, its about discerning and coming to realize what God wants from our lives. also no hate to the commenter just thought id give my two cents. you'll do wonderful work in the ordained life! Brothers and sisters it will be the greatest thing to become a priest or a nun someday and to serve our Lord, please be reminded that it should not be treated as a "Plan B" both the monasticism/asceticism and marriage are two separate scared vocations that is deeply rooted in our scriptures, it should never be rushed or to be quickly decided when the other one does not work I hope may all of us find our calling someday, or to find the right person who truly loves God first and who we want to spend our whole lives with.
