@bethanjfitness: Here’s something that’s been bothering me for a little while. We talk a lot in the running space about injury prevention and what we can do to physically recover from an injury, but no one seems to talk about the fear of injury once you’re recovered. That feeling that it’ll happen again, the fear that you can feel something wrong (but then worry that you can’t and you’re just worried) and wondering if you’ll ever race or run again.
