she's actually right. cops aren't allowed to run your tags without probable cause. if she would just comply and take it to court, it'd be dropped. at least in my state.

Let me save everyone the frustration of watching this and part 2. She repeats herself the entire time. Only says like 4 things. “Can I ask what I did wrong?” “Can I provide identification?” “Can I talk to him before I go?” And “can I speak to a Srgt. Or the Mayor?” You’re welcome.
