Day 9 of my 30 day challenge to speak and express myself better. Honestly, today I had nothing to talk about and I was feeling kind of discouraged because yesterday’s video did not perform as well as I hoped. But this is the reality of content creating and self growth. Some days the videos will do well, some days they will not. What matters is consistency. This made me realize I cannot just rely on random ideas every day. If I really want to complete this 30 day challenge and actually improve my speaking skills, I need to create a plan. A solid roadmap with topics mapped out for each day so when I sit down to film, I know exactly what I am going to talk about. That way, I can stay consistent, speak with more clarity, and truly focus on expressing myself better instead of stressing about what to say. If you are also on a self improvement journey or doing a 30 day challenge, take this as your reminder: planning is what keeps consistency alive.
