I live here. Ride the light rail often. The DA, Spencer Merriweather needs to be voted out. I work in retail and he is constantly letting the shoplifters out, with no consequences. He and the “judge” (who has zero law background) let this man go on a “written promise to return to court”. After 14 arrests. No one checks tickets on the train. There’s no security. This man’s own mother kicked him out because he was too aggressive. His own sister filed assault charges on him. He was and is DANGEROUS. Also, for those asking why no one did anything, a friend of mine is in the video (I won’t point them out for their privacy) but they were frozen in fear.
