When your system is overloaded and you feel lost, the first step isn’t big goals.. because you’re not clear of your future yet.. so strip back to reconnect to your body - good food, rest, fresh air, sunshine. Your nervous system can’t heal if it doesn’t feel safe back in the basics first..👇🏼 3 - Explore new interests.. When you feel lost it usually means you’re disconnected from a deeper sense of purpose.. and the way to overcome that is to plug into new things interesting you - they’re like a calling from within that you should follow (more on this below)..👇🏼 4 – Slow down instead of numbing out.. Scrolling, working, drinking, staying “busy” feels like escape from the heaviness, but it’s just fuel for burnout.. Pausing, even for 2 minutes of breath, gives your nervous system the reset it’s been begging for to remember its safe to stop..👇🏼 5 – Get out of your head and back into your body.. Movement releases the stress your mind can’t solve. Stretching, walking, lifting, or even shaking out tension tells your body it’s not stuck anymore..👇🏼 6 – Do one thing that’s just for you.. Not for work, not for family, not for image.
