My dad had a will with the bank. He passed away in 2011, but the bank only contacted me around 2021 or 2022. When I called the appointed attorneys, they informed me that the money had been paid into my stepmother’s account because they were unable to reach me.

My father inlaw recently passed he had a Will with ABSA unfortunately no one can access it, it has been more than 3 months still his death is not registered at Masters and no one knows what is in that Will

My father bought the will at PNA and drafted it and had it signed and stamp. It was legal and accepted at the Master of high court for executor letter

What qualification are you holding sir? With a Will we don't draft what we think is right or fair but we draft what a client need or wishes. It is his or her WILL mine is to take instructions not to question it
