I would have never forgiven my parents if they did this to me like if I was in the same situation like obviously its dumb to do but really sending ur kid to go to jail and get charged like thats dumb that kid gonna be traumatized

Crime or not, curtilage laws require place to have a warrant for arrest or search of the property for an individual. That’s a mustard consent given by the parents in this case or exigent circumstance with the time to secure the property being a pain worm would prove impracticable for such reason as they think the person may fully for instance. Hot pursuit doctrine is not apply in this case since the person is actively trying to flee from what started off off property into the house.
