The new one doesn't work as well as the old one. you are supposed to be able to put makeup or concealer over the new one but it still deactivates the tightening.

I notice you already have makeup on. Do you have foundation on as well? I’ve had issues with applying over and under powder foundation and then pulling when applying eye liner (because you have to “pull” your lids). THIS is all the main issues they need to work out.

This did not work for me at all. I use the other Peter Thomas Roth tightening cream in the black tube and it is so much better
