@braverher: it is okay to feel disgusted by the things that happened to you. but what happened to you doesn’t make you bad, dirty, or wrong. shame makes you feel those things- not the truth of the universe- which is that you are perfect regardless of the things that happened to you. your inner being is not broken even if your human experience feels like it. you are not unpalatable to others- you are loved, and worthy of feeling loved every single day. #SAsurvivor #cocsasurvivor
