@sculptwithpaul: We shouldn’t have to make huge investments into our health to be healthy, but with the modern lifestyles that’s the reality. High stress, less connection. High screen times, less sunlight. High endocrine disrupters, lower mineral content in food. So you have to be diligent with training, nutrition, sleep, etc just to mimic what living in touch with nature would do for your health. And that’s unfortunate. But with the trade off comes all of the positives. We know more about training & nutrition than any generation ever. We have more access to opportunity and leverage than all humans through out history. Besides, people weren’t jacked when they lived amongst nature. It was easier to stay average… yet infinitely harder to be elite. You don’t want to be average, do you? Experience nature when you can. It’s an amazing reset. But realize that modern lifestyle or not, being the elite person you want to become would take more than no EMFs & lots of sunlight to get there.
