The problem is the fact they’re so immune to any consequences. They’re so comfortable and so protected that each time they strike and get what they want, they can do it again for the next minor inconvenience to their job, and again and again because nothing is going to happen to them. So they’ll keep getting higher and higher wages, whilst the average persons wages are not changing but their commutes are made worse

they keeped there unions. they been fighting for years for wages and conditions. also without unions you would not get sick leave, holidays, all workers rights have been fought for by each interval workers . so my advice to you is join a union. you are very uneducated on this subject.

I’m a bus driver, sometime I have open the door many times already if that ever happens. Another think looking to the left is required for safety check before pulling of, many somebody is trapped in door, unfortunately doneboy could be there as you moving of. Most times I would stop and open. But TFL says I don't need to if I have all ready started to indicate

Get yourself a strong union. This country is trying to force uniins out to keep people on low pay when the CEO get richer on your work. Never put someone down for fighting for their worth. The reason why many people complain is because their unions dont fight for them.

the funny thing is us bus drivers aren't supposed to let U on once we start our moving off procedure as it could cause an interference with the road so just go and get their on time

We have the same problem as the tube drivers - a greedy and incompetent government and TfL bosses. TfL aren’t increasing the fares because drivers want pay increases they do it every year regardless. This strike isn’t even primarily about pay, it’s about working hours and realistically I want the people in charge of my tubes and trains well rested ngl

they're one of the few sectors whose wages have not gone down in real terms. saying "it's not fair" should not be a criticism of them, but of every other industry which underpays their workers while profits soar. this mentality is a race to the bottom. we've become a country that worships the boots that are suffocating us while slating those who try to get out from underneath it. get a grip, form a union, join those who are successfully getting what they deserve instead of dragging them down to the same state which makes you miserable. The same race to the bottom mentality is why people are stuck on shit wages and working conditions. If you’re able to, Unionise; fight for what you believe you should be paid. The Unions would be the first to support any workers fighting for a fair wage.

We careers go work 8 times a day just for few minutes to take care of our clients and TFL workers just pass two bottles two run the train they are asking for moneylenders so dumb ass we careers should go for a strike for pay rise because we careers are not greedy or selfish like those evil TFL workers we have love and respect and feeling for our job and our clients because we careers know our clients need us more than anything else
