yeah my chiropractor calls it a dinner roll and it looks different than this one but I definitely agree that we need to use it. it always helps my neck and shoulders

My chiro calls it traction! My traction unit looks a little different but same idea! This has been life changing for me. Chronic pain my neck/head/face just basically gone.

Yes my husband’s chiropractor had him get one too and totally helped him!! Good stretch and you only stay on it for maybe 10 to 15 minutes only a day.

We have the same couch !! And our seat cushions are starting to look the same 😂😂 but it’s the best and most comfortable couch iv ever had.
