She was being a pain but unless the business owner wanted her to leave, they have no grounds to arrest her. Arguing with the police isn't a disturbance. She didn't have to follow their directions.

It's amazing how some people(many of whom are young and influenced by videos on SM) think they know the law because of what they hear someone say on a video and use what they think they know to act tough and disrespectful to the police, only to realize that the officer might know something about the law, too. Then when they are finally arrested, they break down like a baby, wanting to call mommy & daddy. Most of the time if they would just listen and comply, it would be over with quickly with no charges. I know there are bad cops all across our country, but there are many more good ones. So, if an officer is being respectful, just comply. What's the harm in providing your identity and /or your liscence and insurance? I just don't get it. Plus, you can tell this young lady is a little princess by the fact that she says she doesn't want to GO BACK to jail. Sounds like she's not learning from past mistakes!
