the rear tire bears more weight. take the tube from the front tire put it on the back fill the front tire with grass or tubes.

Inner tubes will inflate to extreme sizes, just over inflate one and if it blows, put another in.

If I was going a long trip ok a bike like that or dependant on it I'd carry 2 spare tubes and a repair kit. Assuming it uses tubes as standard.

Rotate the wheels put the bad one at the front that way the pressure won’t burst it just like rotating the wheels on your car you but the bad wheels up front vice versa

get a tire repair kit in the grocery store cut the old tire to male a patch and just glue the old one also you could use super glue byt inflate it a bit so it doesnt strech so much that the glue rips

Tyre seal “make it tubeless” why on earth are you trying to use inner tubes. It’s far easier to fix a tyre, than to remove a tube and fix a puncture.
