Remember that programme on telly they tested loads of shampoos Pantene won over the expensive ones to hold in colour

I had bleach in my hair a few months ago and red over the top.Mt hair is so damaged now and it's all broke off and really dry .What's the bastard thing to use on it to stop all the slit ends and dryness ?
