Okay I use to think like you, but I’ve realized I go to post something and then with the music choice, it just hits me. Used to feel the same but just posted my first “crying on camera video”- to be fair… I’m glued to my phone so it didn’t take an extra thought… and I’m literally battling between needing to post and feeling emotionally depleted - &, yes, I’m feeling especially lonely so having some, even vain or faux, form of support- might help a little.
