No… if it was just about her daughter “needing” her she wouldn’t have went after the new girlfriend!!! She was obsessed with her daughter’s boyfriend!!!! She hated her daughter for being with the boy she wanted!

nope I believe it was Lauryn that's who the person was that her mum mentions that someone else sent the first lot of messages and that she just carried on..but it was Lauryn under her guidance, she says this and these first messsages were STILL FROM HER MOBILE, Lauryn was using her mum's phone in the beginning so she could send the messages to herself too. so by now the mom has found out, that's why the messages initially died down, but then they've picked up because the authorities were involved the mom allowed her to carry on under her guidance to try get them both out of it, that's how the Xmas photo was sent and Owens new girlfriend was dragged in because Lauryn got access to it. all this would of started because Owen was older and was going to college soon probably so Lauryn believed he was cheating on her , hence the start of it to figure out what was going on , lauryn messaged herself so she could cover her tracks and the mom got involved just to divert the blame to Kloe, because that's who Lauren maybe thought he'd cheated on her with . if you watch it it mentions Owen cheated on Lauryn in one of her messages to herself.

Being a victim of abuse by a parent, it’s very difficult to stop loving and needing a parent. It is a very twisted feeling and people do change but the memories, they never go away and no amount of time or therapy can change that.

I was baffled how Kendra was portrayed in the documentary, like a victim. And how the sexual content to minors was kind of glossed over?? WHY was that not an extra charge. I truly hope Lauryn doesn't mend their relationship like said, she needs to be no contact with this dangerous woman.

I can ALMOST believe that someone else sent the first text, she saw it garnered sympathy, and the wheels started churning from there. It still doesn’t make her any better lol.

This documentary brings more awareness on toxic mothers because when emotional abuse and manipulation happens from mums, no one believes it or nothing is done about it and it’s such a harmful and damaging thing to go through. It happens more often to daughters than people think! The narcissist mother!!!

I wish the court didn’t allow Kendra to email Lauren while in jail. You could see how badly she was love bombing Lauren and manipulating her through those emails.

I watched the documentary but I don’t temper finding out how her mother knew things to message as soon as they were said. I demand they were saying things around certain people to they and figure out who it was. Then a message would come out. How did the mom know what and when things were said?

It was pointed out to me that Lauryn was wearing two different outfits. In early interviews Lauryn says she wants a relationship with her mom. In later interviews she’s not sure. To me that’s growth and unfortunately the doc confuses the timeline.

Urana is a fan of Soul Eater by Atsushi Ohkubo, and prior to Gachiakuta's serialization, worked as an assistant under Ohkubo for his last work—Fire Force—before he called her his successor. She first gained attention as a mangaka when her special one-shot manga "Shikido" won first prize in the 103rd Newcomer Manga Award conducted by Shonen Magazine. Gachiakuta (ガチアクタ, Gachiakuta) is an ongoing dark fantasy manga series written and illustrated by Kei Urana featuring graffiti designs by Andō Hideyoshi. It has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine since February 16, 2022.[1] In March 2023, Kodansha USA announced the series has been licensed for English publication. The first volume is slated for Fall 2023. In June 13 2024, it was announced that the series had been picked up by Studio Bones for an Anime Adaptation. The city, where the civilized class live, and the slum, where the descendants of criminals "tribespeople" gather, are the two sides of society separated by high walls, and below—the Ground—a dumpsite for trash and where criminals are exiled, is feared even by the people of the slum. Orphaned boy Rudo lives in the slum with his foster parent Regto earning a living by carrying out criminal activities in the town. Though urged by Regto to stop doing dangerous activities before he gets caught, Rudo has no intentions of stopping as he is convinced it is the only way to make money and even out with Regto for raising him. However, one day he comes home only to find Regto murdered and he is ultimately accused by everyone for the gruesome crime. As he is sentenced into the abominable Ground, Rudo vows with fury to kill the person responsible and all of society who accused him of murdering his family. #gachiakutamanga #gachiakutanime #rudo #enjin #riyo
