@yayas_crazyworld: Happy Manic Monday! Delicious and easy egg cups for a quick breakfast this week. Full of protein with the eggs and cheese and lots of veggies. The Jalapeño gives it some flair! I’ll pair it with some clementines and almonds. 10 eggs with a splash of water. Beat em up. Add as many veggies and meat if you prefer. I added: 1/2 chopped red pepper Red onion chopped probably 1/2 cup A big handful of raw spinach chopped 1/2 of a large jalapeño 3/4 cup cheese of your choice 350 oven for 18-20 minutes Refrigerate for up to 4-5 days What do you put in your egg bites??#spreadtheyayalove #fyp #foryou #tainers #mealprep

I make those also, and sometimes I mix in cottage cheese and sometimes I mix in salsa. I love super spicy food though because it’s good for the metabolism and your sinuses.

Have you ever tried whipping cottage cheese in your eggs. If you don’t like it, you can’t even taste it at all and it keeps them really moist and fluffy.
