I refuse to go to the oil change by myself because they have taken advantage of the fact that I don't know anything about an oil change multiple times. My husband either does it or the dealership we got my car from does it

PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME YOU DIDNT GO TO THE ONE ON JACKSON STREET 😅😅😅😅 they ruined my car and broke my oil plug my last oil change and my oil leaked all out of my car on the way home!! 😭😭😭 Car started smoking and had to get it towed. I’m currently sueing them.
