Sadly many industries are like this. I’m going to school for accounting but many people in warehouse jobs or other jobs work 40/50 hours a week. Only difference is that we make more of in income and can invest into our future 🙏

The billable hours is so true. My boss made a point to tell me I was only at 98% of my target at my review. Not to mention I’m in management, am on numerous committes, am taking my CPA exams, and have a family. They’re lucky I hit 98% 😂

Why I left in year !!! My dad died and I had to work the next because was business season my asked to me came back ps ( he was in hospital for 5 months out the 9 months I was there) i did not see him more then 5 time I think
