Don’t fly porter. They just cancelled my sister’s flights home from Vancouver to Toronto, Vancouver is a connecting stop for them, for their family of 4, 2 little kids, flying home for Christmas. They rebooked them for 3 days from now, so they will miss their flight all together. They won’t pay for them to buy a flight with a different airline, which will get them home on time. They also won’t guarantee they will reimburse their added expenses for food, parking and the rental car they booked, which they have to delay picking up for added fees. Their planes across Canada are super small and not comfy. They tout themselves as being a high-end carrier and are not.

The worst airline ever. Our flight from Toronto to Vancouver from 6pm delayed to 11:30pm and at 12am announced it is cancelled and all the passengers on their own. No compensation no taxi to hotel and no place to sleep on that night, we had a baby with us and booked another flight with a deferent airline.
