I don’t know how you do it. Seems every time I pick up at my pharmacy, there’s some McShiesty trying to get over. They waste everyone’s time and patience, and definitely not the brightest bulbs in the light fixture. And the OTC requests can get wild. “You want what? For WHAT?”
