@anyaturner98: Isometrics!! They may seem boring but they are fab Isometric variations help to Improve your knee stability and strength targeting the VMO, glutes, hamstrings. It’s helps to increase tendon resilience too. Isometrics contract the muscle tissue while minimising both compressive and tensile stress on the tendon which can help reduce knee pain and inflammation. They are a great thing to add into your leg day warm up or before you run aswell as injury reduction, rehab and sports performance I hold between 20-60secs 3-4 sets #isometrics #jointhealth
