I soaked oatmeal and rice (I did 1cup each but to each their own) with a stick of cinnamon for 20 mins then blended it with a cup of water and I feel like that helped me.

I also blended watermelon + coconut water just a bunch of stuff to help with hydration. I also drank body armor hydrating drinks (fruit punch)
