I think something happened with yellow when they were spotted going back up to the bar. She was reported missing by her family before it docked. I don’t think she would’ve hid on the boat to walk off alone for something as she knew it would worry her family. If she wanted to score off the boat she would’ve slept then gone when they docked the boat and went on land. But then why would the eye witness who said he met her on a brothel bar and she apparently say she said she went to get drugs or something?

My understanding from another post is that she was a lesbian and her family would not accept her. She was forced to leave her partner. At 23, I think she felt there was no way for things to get better with her parents so she left and disappeared. She met up with her partner and is living peacefully in some community that accepts same sex relationships.

That "somebody else" was someone she trusted which it's obvious like you said. I believe they slipped something in a drink possible. Coffee, and then taken off of the ship in a luggage or band case big enough to fit her in. All arrows are pointing in one direction--> Yellow!
