I thought you had to walk past all points of sales before it’s considered theft, but they don’t do that to homeless people who don’t know any difference. The Goodwill should be ashamed of their self. I’m not saying stealing is right but this stuff is given for free. They see people who are in need that woman said I’m gonna throw it all away when you’re done.
